Just a few friendly reminders regarding Procare invoices and payments:

• Monthly invoices are emailed through Procare on the 15th of each month. Payments are due by the 20th of each month.
• If you selected ACH, your payment will be automatically drafted around the 21st or 22nd of each month.
• Weekly drop-in invoices are emailed every Monday, and payment is due by Friday of that same week.
• Shorter months are not prorated. Monthly tuition is based on the annual tuition amount and is divided into monthly payments for your convenience. Therefore, the monthly amount remains the same even when there are fewer school days due to holidays, breaks, or the school calendar.
• Please make sure your Procare account has a current payment method on file to help avoid late payments or fees.
