- TEAMS & REGISTRATION
  Each team consists of 10 members.
  Boiling plots are approximately 10'x10'.
  Registration fee is $100
  
  COMPETITION & CATEGORIES
  Boil 300lbs of Crawfish
  plus potatoes, corn and sausage.
  Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd crawfish
  
  FUNDING & MISSION
  Teams will donate crawfish, corn, potatoes, sausage and time.
  Monetary and/or in-kind donations of goods may be solicited by teams to cover the cost associated with competing in the LA Crawfish Boil Championships.
  Immaculate Conception School is a 501(c)(3) organization and a mission of Immaculate Conception Church in Marrero.
